ITL BioMedical has a range of ergonomic external compression devices designed to enhance the comfort for the practitioner and their patient when applying femoral artery compression. Practitioners apply external pressure to the site in much the same way that they would when applying manual pressure. These products include:

  ComfortPress is an ergonomic, sterile, disposable external compression device designed to enhance comfort for the practitioner and the patient when applying femoral artery compression. Practitioners apply external pressure using ComfortPress in much the same way that they would when applying manual pressure.
• Compass Vascular Compression Device Manual Compression Assist
  DeviceCompass has a rounded top weighted non-sterile, reusable polymer handle and is used with the proprietary sterile, disposable SuperComfort Disc (Model 5303 or Model 5305) to aid in the practice of manual compression. Practitioners apply external pressure using Compass in much the same way that they would when applying manual pressure.
• CompressAR Stands: Enhanced Hands-Free Haemostasis
  The CompressAR Stand system is a precision instrument designed for achieving femoral haemostasis following femoral artery catheterization procedures. The CompressAR Stand in conjunction with the CompressAR Discs (sold separately) are part of the CompressAR system which provides a practical alternative to manual compression, offering consistent and precise compression over the femoral artery.
  The stand features a rotating, locking shaft and a movable arm slide for easy application and removal, ensuring excellent visibility of the puncture site for precise positioning and monitoring.
  The easy-to-use mechanical compression system includes a measured release lever for controlled release, enhancing clinical productivity and reducing blood contact.
  The CompressAR Stands are available as StrongArm, StrongArm XL, VersaCare and TotalCare.
