The Safety SubCulture Unit (SCU) provides a dual-function solution designed to improve lab safety and efficiency by enabling needle-free sample transfer from positive blood culture bottles. SCU supports both the drop method and the syringe method, enabling two controlled sampling options: direct drop dispensing for quick transfers and needle-free syringe withdrawal for larger volumes and precise sample measurements. Compatible with a wide variety of culture bottles, the SCU features a plastic safety tip that easily pierces the bottle septum, simplifying the insertion and removal process while an integrated filter cap captures gas and culture discharge, significantly reducing exposure risks.
