If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a merchandise refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and all merchandise must be unopened and in resalable condition. Credit will not be granted for merchandise that is unsuitable for resale. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection, must be in original packing, and must contain the original product insert(s) and/or instructions for use. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, shows any modification to ITL BioMedical's product labeling, or displays crushed packaging will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Number (RA)

A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.

To obtain your RA number, simply call us toll-free at 1-888-411-2851, 9:00AM-5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. A return without an RA number will not be accepted.

ITL BioMedical will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.

All refunds are credited to the credit card account used during purchase and are subject to review. Please allow 5-7 business days to process all refunds.

Delivery Instructions

Orders are shipped within two business days from Virginia, USA. However, due to size or weight, some shipments may require extra time for delivery. Customers will be contacted immediately if an order will be delayed beyond the standard shipping time.
